About
WHAT I’VE DONE…
A little bit of everything; broadcast media (radio), newspaper reporting, on-site promotions, photography, online marketing, e-commerce, web content management, project management and internet consulting. But nothing tops my first gig that lasted 16 years — professional clowning.
WHAT I’M DOING NOW…
In 2009, I started GnomeMedia; a website design and online marketing company. Having worked in oh so many different mediums over the years definitely prepared me for this gig. I’m the CEO, secretary, accountant, HR, project manager, designer and minion that fetches the coffee. I fetch a LOT of coffee.

In 2010, I started my second business, GnomeAcres. This business focuses on my love for the world of agriculture, fiber arts and being outside. I love to knit, spin and dye yarn using natural fibers, such as llama, alpaca, bamboo, sheep, silk and many others. I sell my hand knit items, fiber and yarn on Etsy.com, and at various fairs and events throughout the St. Louis metro area. I also like to spend time livin’ the farm life over at Wier World Llamas & Alpacas with my llama gal, Punxsutawney…and the farm’s tractors and Bobcat.
In 2011, I started another business with two friends of mine that share my love of agriculture and making “stuff” with llama and alpaca fiber. 3 Sisters’ Workshop offers courses for people that are looking to start their own farm, promote their agri-business, breeding, llama carting, llama packing, spinning, dyeing, fleece processing and other various fiber related arts.
